Whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you,” “your”) understand that AloryTravels LLC and its agents (“them”) are not the suppliers of the travel services you have requested, and acts solely as an agent. You have been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to you are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services that you have purchased. You consent to and request the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold AloryTravels LLC and its agents responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services that you have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes you any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience.
You accept that AloryTravels LLC and its agents are not responsible for, nor will you attempt to hold them liable for any injury, damage or loss that you may suffer on the account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond reasonable control.
You will review your travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that you may contact AloryTravels LLC if you have any questions. You understand that discounted fares and packages typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of your travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money. Cancellation of any aspect of your travel arrangements may result in financial penalties, in accordance with the supplier’s cancellation policies.
