SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 – 5 business days, please allow 1 – 2 weeks for delivery. During peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays this may be delayed slightly.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 15 days to request a refund after your order has been received. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must be in the original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase. (ALL MASKS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE). To start the process, please send us an email with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
